Job Title: Site Superintendent
Reports to: Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Site Superintendent at Mefford Contracting is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications. This role involves managing subcontractors, enforcing safety policies, maintaining project documentation, and
ensuring quality control. The Site Superintendent will serve as the on-site leader, coordinating with project teams, owners, architects, and engineers to drive successful project completion.
Job Title: Project Manager
Reports to: Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager at Mefford Contracting is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all construction projects by managing the schedule, budget, and safety standards. This role will focus on project coordination, communication with stakeholders, and maintaining a detailed understanding of project drawings and documentation. The PM will oversee project budgets, subcontracts, change orders, and be an essential part of the leadership team, helping manage day-to-date operations and ensure the smooth executing of projects.
